Passed: 248-177 (see complete tally)

On September 18, 2015, the House passed (248-177) H.R. 3054, a bill that would interfere with medical practice by creating vague new requirements for abortion providers and threatening them with serious criminal penalties for failure to comply. The ACLU opposed this bill, which is intended to intimidate abortion providers and drive them out of practice, as well as to distort public perception of abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood.
